You get full access to all our themes, as well as all new themes created while you are a member. After you login, from your downloads page, you'll be able to download all themes, one by one, having the option to download the new/old version for all themes.

Can I share my Anthemes account with others?

Unfortunately, you are not allowed.
The subscription is for an individual. So that means no sharing of accounts, otherwise, the system will automatically lock the account.

Can I use the themes on multiple websites?

Unfortunately, you are not allowed.

Can I use the theme for life?

Yes, you can keep using the themes for lifetime. However, we are regularly updating our products by improving security and compatibility with the latest technologies. We’re also fixing bugs and offering great features on a regular basis. On top of that, we’re offering premium customer service to help you achieve the best results.

Do I have to pay extra for the upcoming new themes?

No. Every new theme will automatically be added to your account. You get full access to all our themes and support, as well as all new themes created while you are a member.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, then your account will remain active for the remainder of your term. After that, you will lose access to the members area and all new themes, theme updates and tech support. You may continue using the themes that you have already downloaded forever.

Can I buy a single theme instead of becoming a full member?

Our themes are only available as part of the membership. However, I think you will find that $59.88 is an incredible deal, even if you only intend to use a single theme from our collection. $59.88 is less than the price you would pay for a single theme at many other theme shops, and here you get access to a lot more, and 1 free installation service priced at $50 in most of the marketplaces.

Will your themes work with third-party plugins?

While our themes should work fine with most plugins, there is no way for us to test and guarantee that all plugins will work. All we can guarantee is that our themes are developed according to development best practices and that any plugin that also uses coding best practices should play well with our themes, however due to the virtually limitless nature of things that can and often times do go wrong with software, we can’t support something that we have not first developed or integrated into the theme.

Customers are welcome to use any 3rd party plugin they wish, however compatibility and support are the responsibility of each customer unless the plugin is integrated into the theme/s in some way.

Will your themes require a page builder?

The themes do not use, nor require a page builder to set anything up. You can easily set everything up with custom widgets and within the Theme Options. Most of the themes use predefined homepage templates in order to display your recent posts.

All themes come with "One Click Demo Import" to setup any WordPress theme. Quickly import your theme's live demo content, widgets in just a few minutes.

You can also use your favorite page builder with any theme. All themes come with a 100% full-width blank page in order to give you the option to use any page builder you want.

What if I change my mind and want a refund?

All Digital Products are non-refundable.

We understand the importance of replicating what you see in our demo without any complications. To address this, we provide a complimentary installation service. This ensures that you can effortlessly achieve the same appearance and functionality showcased in our demo, eliminating any concerns of the theme appearing broken or altered. We strive to deliver a 100% guarantee that your website will mirror the demo you've admired.

Due to the nature of our digital goods, we recognize that this policy can be abused, and reserve the right to refuse all refunds. The 1 Free install service is offered exclusively for this aspect, to eliminate any "excuses" that the theme doesn't work as per the demo.

When the Support requests will be processed?

We are happy to answer any questions about product usage. Our team spans the globe and provides support on business days Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 (CET) within 24h in the order they were received.

In general, we don't offer support during holidays. But we always strive to answer as soon as humanly possible.

The support desk is constantly monitored even out of standard hours for urgent and critical tickets and as soon as we get more customers, the Forum will be available for support requests too.

What type of problems can you help with? Gold Club membership grants you access to support, which covers help with setting up your theme and direction on how to use the theme as advertised, as per demos. Support does not cover installation services (only the free one, additional installations will be priced at $50 $39) or help with theme or plugin customization beyond the advertised features or help with 3rd party plugin implementation. Gold Club membership grants you access to support from the date of your purchase and will be automatically renewed after the term, unless you opt-out of renewing your license.

Can I use your themes on

Our themes will work with the Business Plan, which allows the installation of third party themes and plugins.

How do you handle my credit card information?

This site uses as a payment processor the services of Braintree, a division of PayPal, Inc. All payment details are safely saved by Braintree, not us.

Braintree accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. They also provide fraud protection services and PCI compliance to ensure your data is as safe as possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

There are absolutely no obligations.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you do cancel, your account will remain active until the end of your subscription period. You won't receive any further charges after cancelling your subscription.
