Support. What's included in item support?

Item Support Includes

  • Answering questions about how to use the item
  • Answering technical questions about the item
  • Help with defects in the item
  • Item updates to ensure ongoing compatibility and to resolve security vulnerabilities

Not Included in Item Support

  • Theme customization and requests that require or involve custom coding
  • Installation of the item
  • Hosting, server environment, or software
  • Support for compatibility with 3rd party plug-ins
  • Support for out-dated or modified themes

Answering questions about how to use the item
During the item support period, you can ask general questions about the item and how to use it. For example, how do I get my homepage to look like the one in the preview? The response to this type of question can come in various formats including directing you to an already documented response.

Can I share my Anthemes account with others?

Unfortunately, you are not allowed.
The subscription is for an individual. So that means no sharing of accounts, otherwise, the system will automatically lock the account.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, then your account will remain active for the remainder of your term. After that, you will lose access to the members area for tech support.

What if I change my mind and want a refund?

This is a service provided for 12 months and is non-refundable.

When the Support requests will be processed?

We are happy to answer any questions about product usage. Support requests are being processed on business days Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 (CET) within 24h in the order they were received.

How do you handle my credit card information?

This site uses as a payment processor the services of Freemius. All payment details/account are safely saved by Freemius, not us.

Freemius.com accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. They also provide fraud protection services and PCI compliance to ensure your data is as safe as possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

There are absolutely no obligations.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you do cancel, your account will remain active until the end of your subscription period. You won't receive any further charges after cancelling your subscription.
