Latest versionMake sure you are running the latest version of the theme and the latest version of WordPress.
Read the documentationCheck our full online Documentation for the answer to your question, and for a proper configuration of the theme and plugins.
3rd party pluginsDisable any additional 3rd party plugins you may be using to see if it fixes the issue.
We only support our productsIf there is a problem with another product (plugin let's say), you have to contact the author of the product.
Changes in the theme's codeIf you change the item's code, please understand that we can not give support when you run into an issue that's caused by the code changes.
CustomizationsCustomizations of the theme that require changes in code (CSS, JS, PHP, etc.) is not covered by support, and will require custom work.
